I'm Kristin Conroy.
I believe interior design isn’t just about aesthetics - it’s about creating powerful experiences, driving innovation, and making spaces where everyone belongs. Specializing in corporate and hospitality environments, I push boundaries to design bold, functional, and inclusive spaces where people of all backgrounds, abilities, and neurodiversities feel comfortable, valued, and engaged.
Over the years, I have had success and I have failed - and I have learned from both. I believe these are things you cannot teach, you must experience them in order to grow. My previous background in business, leadership, retail merchandising and operations allows me to draw from that knowledge and put myself in the shoes of the end user - how will they experience this space and how will it make them feel?
I strive to create interiors that don’t just keep up with change but set the standard for what’s next - spaces that inspire, connect communities, and stand the test of time.
Let’s create the future together
